Our goal is to create an informal atmosphere, a space to exchange experiences, and celebrate the successes and failures of Agile implementations in HR. That’s why we have invited practitioners who can answer uncomfortable questions, exchange opinions, and advise.
We will also show you the important role that HR plays in an agile transformation. Why? Because there is no multi-speed organization! HR affects many areas supporting agile change, such as organizational culture, company structure, recruitment, employee engagement and leadership roles.
Together, we will build the largest Agile HR community in Poland!

Thanks to persistence and hard work, I jumped over the bar to the IT world, previously working as a Recruiter in the HR department. I started as Scrum Master, then became an Agile Coach, and now I'm working as Head of Delivery at Tooploox software house. After hours, I'm also an IT Career Coach and I support people to start their journey to various IT roles. My motto is what goes around back comes around, that's why I like to share my story and motivate people to reach their dreams. That is why I enjoy helping others as a volunteer and being active as Vice-President of the Gra o Sens Foundation.
